KinDER is a benchmark for embodied physical reasoning that isolates kinematic and dynamic constraints in procedurally generated robotic environments.
The suite includes parameterized skills, demonstrations, Gymnasium-compatible infrastructure, and baselines across planning, imitation, reinforcement learning, and foundation-model approaches.
Its value is methodological: it separates physical reasoning challenges from perception and language confounds, making it easier to diagnose what robot-learning methods actually understand about constraints, tools, and dynamics.
For the robotics track, it is a useful benchmark interface for evaluating reusable physical reasoning rather than one narrow manipulation task.
